Harbour Farm Lodge is our own family log cabin, able to sleep four. It is very comfortable and has pleasant south-facing views across the lake. The sitting room has a sliding patio door opening onto the verandah, which overlooks the lake.

The dining area has a table and four chairs. In the kitchen area there is equipment for four with cutlery, crockery and saucepans. There is an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, electric toaster, iron, mixer, electric kettle and microwave oven. The Lodge is all electric with colour TV/DVD/Video and a washer/dryer. It does not have a telephone

The main bedroom has a double bed with duvet, pillows and underblanket. It has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be made into two single beds, with duvet and pillows. There is an en suite shower room with electric shower, washbasin and toilet. An extra blanket is provided for each bed in case they are needed. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The garden is fenced for small children and the lodge has its own car parking space. We provide garden chairs, BBQ and also a picnic table. There is an abundance of wild birds, ducks, herons and geese that fly in to the lake. Ducks soon know where a good breakfast is to be found and can be seen trekking across to the Cottage and Lodge gardens in the morning looking for an easy meal. For anyone with small children wishing to find a beach, the nearest is about 10 minutes walk, and about 4 minutes in the car. At low tide there is sand and small rock pools for fisherfolk, and you can walk for about a mile around the coastline at this time. There are good local shops, pubs and restaurants in Bembridge and St Helens.

THE LODGE IS AVAILABLE FROM 3 P.M. ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, UNTIL 11 A.M. ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. Arrival and departure dates can be flexible after the end of October. Please telephone for further information. For anyone with small children who wishes to find a beach, the nearest is about 10 minutes walk, and about 3 minutes in the car.  The Lodge is on one level and is suitable for the partially disabled. Bookings are Friday to Friday (out of season booking can be flexible) We are able to book ferry crossings at favourable rates from Portsmouth, Southampton or Lymington.
